PEG-10 Isostearate is commonly used in cleansing balm formulations to remove makeup in water-in-oil form, which can dissolve makeup well. HLB value 4-6 (gives water-in-oil emulsions)

Use: makeup remover main emulsifier. It imparts a good appearance to the product and provides a silky, non-greasy skin feel during use. When used in combination with SORBETH-30 TETRAOLATE and PEG-20 GLYCERYL TRIISOSTEARATE, it is suitable for makeup remover oils, makeup remover creams, and other products.
Recommended dosage: 5-10%.
