Non-ionic, ethoxlyated polyethylene glycol ester made from castor oil. HLB value 13-15 (gives oil-in-water emulsions).
The hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether series is the only pharmaceutical-grade solubilizer suitable for use in mouthwashes. PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil contains no solvents and, through special optimization, disperses easily in cold water without clotting or clumping. The resulting solution has high transparency and does not exhibit blue light, preserving the original taste of the product.

Benefit：
A multifunctional ingredient used in cosmetic or personal care formulations that acts as a surfactant, solubilizer, emulsifier, emollient, cleansing agent, and fragrance enhancer.
Use: Depending on the substance being solubilized, the ratio of OILREE®MY940 to the substance ranges from (5-3) to 1. Once thoroughly mixed, the solution can be added to water and stirred until fully dissolved. Recommended usage: 0.2-5%.
