A low HLB, non-ionic, and versatile surfactant and emulsifier, it provides a very soft skin feel. Being oil-soluble, it serves as an effective coupling agent and co-emulsifier for mineral oil. It can be used as a W/O emulsifier in creams, gels, and hair care products.
Applications: Traditional water-in-oil (W/O) emulsifiers, used in skin and hair care products
Use: Recommended usage: 0.5–5.0%. For external use only.
